The binocular's color adjustment lens coating helps game subjects "pop" against a green background.

The Predator Pro is equipped with Steiner's exclusive Color Adjusted Transmission (CAT) lens coating, which enhances brown and red colors against foliated backgrounds, making game subjects "pop" from green foliated background. The binocular's auto-focus system, meanwhile, further distinguishes your subjects. Once set for your eyes, the auto-focus system keeps all subjects in focus at distances from roughly 20 yards to infinity, allowing hunters to scan an entire landscape without having to readjust the focus. Add in an exceptionally large depth and field and your Predator Pro is always ready. No more losing your opportunity while trying to focus on a distant target.

Steiner also added a re-engineered rubber armoring that emits almost no noise during handling. The NBR rubber is durable and grippy in wet weather, with a forest green color that blends with woodland settings and most camo patterns. Most importantly, the NBR Long-Life armoring is designed to last two to three times longer than other rubber armors.

And eyeglass wearers will have no difficulty with the Predator Pro, as it offers 20mm of eye relief and soft, fold-down eyecups. The Predator Pro 8x30 comes with objective lens caps, a rain guard, a neck strap, and a padded ballistic nylon case.

We are absolutely delighted with these Steiner Binoculars.
Amazon carries so many varieties of Binoculars that we called Steiner and got comparisons. We wanted lightweight ones for traveling, and small in size. These fit the bill.
