First things first: I received an empty baseball case box. I tried to call Amazon directly to ask for an exchange but there's no way to do that. I ended up having to ask for a "refund" online and selected the option to have a new item sent to me in its place. Not the easiest way to go about it but it works.

I'm returning the second item. It's a standard baseball case with the engraving as shown in the picture but aside from that, I was very let down by this product. The picture shows the pole standing straight up and taking up nearly the entire case. The item I received is a 2x2 piece and the only way you can stand this up is if you lean it against the back of the glass case itself.

I'd be okay with leaning the pole against the case if it was a larger piece that would at least fill the case. Even then, I wouldn't be thrilled about it.

I bought this within the last few months as a Christmas gift for my son-in-law who just loves the NY Yankees. This foul pole segment is very heavy. It is thick and has some yellow paint left on it ( the more the better} and what I felt was very cool, the metal is curved, like a cut out of a pole dduuuhhh. But the COA from Steiner is a lock, if this is real...and if steiner says it is really a chunk of the foul pole..then it really is....
