First of all, the only "leather" part of this winder is the pillow. The description could have been clearer.

The winder was quiet for the first day. After day one, the noise began waking me up at night. I had to move it to another room.

There is no clue for the setting for watch size and rotation direction. When I called OWC, the customer service was of no help. I was told to contact Rolex for info. I hope that OWC would have gathered more customer experience and offered some assistance on this matter.

I had thought about returning the item. But the high shipping charge ($16) and high return fee ($15) changed my mind.

All things considered, the winder works fine. But the noise is indeed a factor that future buyers should be aware of.

works well, didnt put it in my bedroom due to the sound it makes when it is running - dont think i would hear it with the AC but my wife might complain, so just to be on the safe side. one thing i wasnt able to find was a guide for which setting to use for my particular watch - nothing with this product or on other sites. also found that you can order this product from the manufacturer for like half the price.

It seems to be a very good quality, has multiple modes for different kinds of watches, and performs well. Easy to use. It does make some noise when winding, so light sleepers may want to put it in a different room.
