Who wants a $250 Shattered Ring Light????

I ordered this item twice from the same company (Kellards fulfilled by Amazon) and BOTH times it arrived broken!
The first time it was shipped in a box way too big without the proper packaging to keep it from sliding around during shipping. When I opened the box the ring light came in, there was a black storage bag which had the ring light in. I opened the bag and I was alarmed by this white residue covering everything. I proceed to remove the ring light from the bag and all I could hear was broken glass. The ring light was COMPLETELY shattered and non-functioning. There were wires exposed and I wasn't attempting to salvage this.
I contacted Amazon and they provided me with an immediate refund so I discarded the item myself.
The second shipment arrived in a smaller box but AGAIN without any packaging to protect the ring light from being damaged. Once I removed the bag from the item's box, there wasn't as much powder as the first shipment but it was still some powder residue along with more broken glass. The second item wasn't as damaged as the first shipment but needless to say, it was still defective upon arrival.
I contacted Amazon again and they requested me to ship back the item (Via UPS pickup) before they would issue a refund. This was a bit upsetting especially since the customer service representative was less than pleasant.
In conclusion, I would not order from Kellards again. They really need to focus on securely packaging their merchandise so these incidents don't happen back-to-back. This company seems negligent to have shipped $250 items without any secure packaging. Such a huge disappointment.
