A priceless window to the past: yours for only $2.99,

I remember bunkering down in my survival shelter in the months leading up to January 1, 2000. At the time, many felt the world was on the precipice of disaster: that the Y2K bug would amount to nothing less than the disastrous effects of atomic war.How could we know then what we know now: that the Y2K bug was a hoax, dreamed up by a group of Carnegie Mellon dropouts desperate for work? Looking back with 20/20 hindsight (or at least 20/11 hindsight), it seems obvious that a cadre of young snot-nosed kids wearing ripped jeans and earning six-figure salaries just to change some zeroes and ones was a big joke. But enough ancient history. We learn from our mistakes just as our forefathers did and we move on. This "Little Activity Book" from Dover provides an opportunity for kids to play *AND* learn. For just three bucks, you get an indeterminate number of barely five and a half by four inch pages which may or may not be duplicates of one another. Sure, if you fire up the DeLorean, you could pick this up for maybe a dollar. But the Flux Capacitor is still broken and the replacement is outta stock. So pop Fun With Y2K Stencils into your shopping cart--or your fanny pack--and you, too, can party like it's 1999. Just make sure you don't party like it's 1999.

relive it now with Y2K stencils! Only a $1! A bargain then and a bargain still. Then you would have used the stencils to label the crates of emergency rations in your basement, now you can use them to add a surrealistic retro feel to a party. Go on, it's only a buck and no one you know has them.
