This tape is great for those like me that need to burn calories and need to start from the basics. All you need for this tape is a VCR, step and a willing attitude. Now watch the calories melt away while you are having a great time and increasing your energy level.

This is a good tape for beginners. I was at more of an intermediate level when I bought the tape and I didn't get alot out of it. I prefer 30 days to Firmer Arms & Abs over this tape. I love Donna Richardson's teaching style and recommend her videos to everyone. The Mesoamerican ruins background to the video is breathtaking!

This is the best step workout I have ever owned. I am trying to get another that compares, but I still haven't found it. Donna has a great way of keeping you motivated by using cool moves on the step. My favorite aspect of this tape is that you use the step both horizontally and vertically. Donna's ab workout is also the most effective I have ever seen. This workout makes me feel so happy when I complete it. Thanks Donna, I want to see more just like this one!
