I read a step farther out back in the seventies and it shaped my thinking.

This book is not book 2 or volume 2. What it is, is half a book.

It is the second half of a book I already own at 3 times the price.

If you have the original full book, you don't need this one.

It gets two stars instead of one because the content is still good.
