Love this workout!
This workout gave me the best results ever. Be persistent and learn the footwork - it's not that hard, even for a klutz like me. This video will get you in the best shape of your life!

FAST PACE EVEN FOR BEGINNERS!
It will take a lot of studying the tape to join in on the exercises because there are so many steps to remember and once it starts it is hard to keep up even for a beginner. Didn't enjoy.
