I've enjoyed flipping through Tsufit's new book. It's not exactly the kind of book you would sit down and read cover-to-cover, but more one that you keep handy for right after a painful conference call or one of those incredibly long work days that seem to stretch as long as an average week. A quick flip will lead you to a little perspective, a fun anecdote or an exercise in figuring out, well, you.

And, all written in the chatty, playful voice of a woman who divides her career among executive coaching, book writing and stand-up comedy.

It's incredibly reminiscent of what Sark did for everyday creativity. Her scribbly journals and stream-of-consciousness creative guides at once elevate playfulness and introspection, seeking to loose a little wild creativity.

Tsufit may be a bit more buttoned up, but you can quickly see that her message isn't the words on the page, it's what she wants to inspire in her reader. A little confident, sassy business savvy that feels like you found it yourself.

When you think about reading a business book you often wonder if you are going to be able to make it through it. That is NOT the case with Tsufit's "Step into the Spotlight". It is such a fun read! But even more important than that she gives you practical ideas that you can put into practice. She helps you not only think outside of the box, but think outside of yourself, so you really find the authenitic you. And any great product or service starts with You in the Spotlight.

I was given this book by my Corporate Trainer who said she usually does not endorse written materials outside the company. However, she felt this is a 'must read' for all her Managing Directors.
I read this book with a 'know-it-all' attitude, and wow, I was smacked in the face. I love it! I want more! I'm going to get your other books too! I am going to recommend this to my members, and maybe buy a dozen and give them out for members that refer others.

This book is an Oscar! A must-read academy for any entrepreneur, independent professional or CEO who wants to get noticed, get heard and attract more clients. You know a book is worth it's gold when passages stick long after you put it down. Brimming with tips, stories and energy. It's smart, savvy, refreshingly bold. Tsufit shows you how to become the star you were born to be!

This book is absolutely awesome. It is a great guide for newbies or seasoned professionals who want to take their business to the next level. It is chalk full of constructive ideas on how to make yourself stand out in a crowd and get noticed. I would highly recommend this book to those of you who want to attract more business, obtain more qualified leads, and convert those leads into long-terms customers and clients who will always follow you wherever you take your business.

Absolutely amazing book. It is uplifting, inspiring and with emphasis on the important and necessary act that you as an entrepreneur need to master if you want to increase your level of success. Step literally into the spotlight, proudly and enjoy the moments or continue standing in a dark corner of the entrepreneurial stage where nobody notices you - it's your choice. Brilliant. Bravo.

"Step Into the Spotlight" is a book jam-packed with enthusiasm for entrepreneurs who want to be the star of their own show. A successful business is an extension of the star who creates it, and Tsufit writes for those of us who have already spent some time figuring that out. Now we're ready to shine, and the energy rush in this book gives us the support to do that! Tsufit's style is casual and accessible - refreshingly humorous. If you want to be the star of your show, you will get a lot out of this book. If you think you'd rather play the supporting role, maybe this book will change your mind.

Tsufit's sub-title says "Cause ALL Business Is Show Business," but this book is about more than that. It's about all of life. In today's culture, perhaps more than ever, what you say doesn't get heard if you don't know how to say it--that is, how to present yourself and your argument. As in asking for a raise. Or advocating for your child at school. Or trying to be persuasive--or at least get a fair hearing--in a business or committee meeting. Or in divorce court.

We're never taught how to do these things, and it shows in our results. Most books and speakers simply assure us we can be successful if we try. Tsufit goes way beyond airy phrases. She gives specific advice and examples, explains why they work, and allows you to see how you can adapt them to your specific situation. Real help beats empty talk any day of the week.

This is not a one-time-through kind of book. Knowing how to present yourself has lots of moving parts, none of which are genetically derived. Read the book, practice, read the book, practice . . . until it becomes second nature.

Step Into The Spotlight is a gem. It's funny. It's informative. It's very readable, so read it.

In my work as a life and business coach for positively outrageous women, I read many business and personal growth books. Tsufit's excellent book "Step Into The Spotlight: A Guide To Getting Noticed" combines clear, specific and practical info with a dramatic flair and great back-up. The combination supports business and personal growth for solo-preneurs!

In industries such as financial planning, real estate and professional life & business coaching, where there are alot of folks doing what seems like the same thing, marketing for solo-preneurs can be tricky 'cause first you have to stand out from the crowd and get noticed!

I highly recommend Tsufit's book as a must read for solo-preneurs. I particularly liked the part about connecting with your inner movie star, I may use this as "connecting with my inner Bette Midler, the divine Ms M".

The other absolutely dynamic reminder in the book is to be very clear on what exactly one is "selling". I loved the examples included in this section.

Written within the metaphor of show business, Tsufit weaves solid and "ahead of the curve" marketing advice with interesting tidbits and wonderful quotes. This makes the book easy to read and engaging as well as highly informative.

Don't wait,don't hesitate, buy this book right now and be sure to "get noticed." You are the Super Star!

You saved my job! I was contemplating quiting for quite a while since I was not happy at work - as one of the highest paid senior managers. I have been thinking that my client (my boss) is paying for my management skills and now I realize that he is actually after my operational and technological skills bailing the company out of trouble (They get themselves into trouble often). That's MY product! Your book hit it home! Funny I heard and read so many time before, but you got through. Now that I know what my product is, I might even increase the price a bit and that might make me happy again.

I actually bought your book for ideas for my Ph. D. project. Who'd know it struck a cord here! Oh, your book is such a great read that I can't fall asleep afterwards. Sleeping pills will be on you!
