I have Gin Miller's other step tapes, The video, Intense Moves and Extreme Step which are all very good. Power Workout is an awesome step tape that really gets your heart rate up. It's a great workout and a lot of fun too!

This was a great and intense workout. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the tape/recording is very bad. The room is very dark, with strange lights that glow beneath the fellow "exercisers." They will jump to different, strange angles that sometimes make it hard to follow what's going on. The one thing I really loved about the way they taped this is that they had a separate person (not stepping) that told you what to do. So you don't have to rely on the instructor to explain things and try to remember to tell you to switch feet - she's working out just like you are, and gives hand gestures to indicate the moves she's doing next as the person interprets them for you to hear. The only drawback of this is that sometimes the camera focuses on the TV screen that shows the woman talking, instead of the people working out.
So, it's a little hard to follow and hard to see, but once you get the hang of it, it's a workout you won't quickly forget.

This is the only video that really works me to the extent that I want. Too many workout videos leave me tired and sweaty, but not truly "weak in the legs because I worked so hard" feeling. This video does it for me. If you're looking for a calm workout to just get your heart-rate going, this is not the video for you. But if you're fairly healthy and just need a great workout, by all means BUY THIS VIDEO!!

This video is the toughest step aerobics video I own. If you do all the moves right you won't be able to stand by the end. Lots of squats and lunges make it ideal for leg and butt work. There's also a high impact component, a leaping and jumping aspect that keeps your heart rate up. The moves are fun and varies. The costumes and hair are very 80s, which is pretty funny, but the workout leaves me feeling stronger the next day.

This was my first time ordering a pre-owned video online...Even with good reviews about shippers I still wasn't sure what type of product I would be getting for my money...Well I have to admit after taking the plunge and ordering from "WOWCOMIC"..."I AM TOTALLY IMPRESSED"!!!!...I ordered my video "LATE" Wednesday afternoon and it was in my mailbox on Friday when I got home from work...Now how "COOL" is that???...LOL...and the video is in "GREAT CONDITION"...I have used it twice since receiving it...If anyone out there is "SKEPTICAL" about ordering from "WOWCOMIC"...Take it from me..."DON'T BE"...I will order from them again...Thanks "WOWCOMIC" for being trustworthy.

I had this VHS many years ago but gave it to someone who needed it more. I remembered what a great workout it was, so went looking for it on Amazon.
It's still a great workout. I just wish they have put it on DVD.

If you really want to get your heart rate up, this video is excellent. I actually had to buy this video again because I wore out my old tape. Not only do you get a great workout, but you are working out to energizing/funky music and with a fantastic instructor. If you are not into those annoying instructors who love to smile and say things like 'you can do it' then this video is for you.
