This review is from: The 12 Step "Relationship" Detox Program: (A girl's guide to help regroup, rethink, and rediscover herself after a bad break-up) (Paperback)
I read the book and found that the steps start out right, but end all wrong. By the end of the book, you're in a new relationship - well I should say two: one with yourself (yay) and one with another man. By step 8, I was kind of disappointed to see that this is how the author decided to do this.

Overall, I think it can be promising with some tweaks. I like the journal section and the author has a positive attitude, but to even "introduce" a new man but "not make him your world" is a bit juvenile. Perhaps she can expand on several parts of the book, specifically in the steps and have more notes of what other women did in dealing with the breakup... but overall... I feel there's some substance lacking.
