I love the idea of one-pot cooking. Then I realized that one pot doesn't really work in a family with one vegetarian and one meat-eater. We need two pots. But that's not this book's fault, obviously.
I've torn through my library's collection on casserole cookbooks, and I have to say, I've found better ones that this one. (Check out "Simply Casseroles" or "Crazy for Casseroles" instead) This book doesn't have many casseroles at all. |
