This book is a perfect brief systems review for the visual learner. It hits the high points and has more tables that make comparing disorders easier than in the First Aid. It has great diagrams as well and isn't as all over the place as First Aid. But, it does lack some of the information in the First Aid, but you can add that stuff in anyway or get it fom Goljan...

This is a great supplement to FA. The Neuro section is particularly useful as it goes through concepts more in depth than does FA.

This is a really good book to have. It's well organized, very clear, and very precise. Does it replace First Aid? No. But I think it's a good book to have anyway. Its organization is very clear and superior to First Aid. It's just that First Aid has more information, and for that reason, you can't replace First Aid.
