It's all about the tires,

The main problem with it is the wheels. They are a hollow plastic (rubber-like) material. It makes the wagon difficult to pull, steer, and noisy. The one I got was also uneven. One wheel didn't always touch the ground without a load. The door feature is nice so the kid can get in and out easier. The storage seat is useful but, should be on the side of the handle since the kid will most often be sitting in the back to face forward. The kid will or won't like it regardless of the wheels but, the parent having to pull the thing will want better wheels. Basically, you save about $20 compared to the basic plastic Radio Flyer which has real solid rubber wheels. I think the RF is definitely worth the extra money. As a matter of fact I returned this one and got the RF...

Wagon overall pretty useful,

This wagon is very durable and easy to pull, however, with two toddlers sitting on the seats in the wagon, there is not enough room for both sets of feet in the bottom. One has to put their feet on the other's.

Wagon is well built and should be durable. Assembly instructions adaquate
but coukd be more complete. DONT buy the companion wagon. It is difficult to attach to the wagon and removal takes dissambly.

I bought this product for my grandchildren because they were outgrowing the stroller.
They are aged two and a half and one, and just love being together in the fun wagon. The straps keep them secure and there is enough space for them to be comfortable whilst my daughter-in-law takes them on walks to the local park.

Chose this over the Radioflyer, after much research and consideration. Find it more maneuverable, lighter and the cute little door makes it easier on my back, not having to lift the growing kids in & out of it all the time! The kids really LOVE sitting in it, while we have our family outings to the zoo, the park, etc. Hubby & I enjoy watching the kids having so much fun it it, and so many times I've wished that I could fit in it too! Errr... actually, I CAN fit into it and it's so durable & sturdy, I HAVE actually SAT in it, but am embarrassed by the looks I get whenever I do that! :P

Base is good, wheels and handle need help,

The overall design of the base is pretty good. Kids sit well, with two seats and small storage area under one of the seats. The handle is a little short. I am 6'2" and the angle makes it very dificult to pull. Also, my back tires rub on the plastic (I think the axle was slightly short) and the wheels do not handle rough turrain very well. I am looking at other options and will likely pay a little more to get a longer handle and smoother "drive-train."

I got this wagon to use on the beach when my granddaughter comes to visit. It does the job very well. Easy to assemble and durable it can easily be hosed off to remove salt and sand. The pivoting front wheels make it easy to turn and the fold up handle is quite nice when loading it into a vehicle.
A good value for the price.

This is a super strong wagon and was easy to put together. I added the trailer and it makes an excellent way to haul additional toys, etc. As stated above it was easy to put together. If I can do it anyone can. I like the fact it has a handle which tucks under the wagon which makes for easier storage. The material it is made of will resist sun and rain so I will never have to worry about rust. I do wish the wheels were rubber. Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase as is my grandson.

Over all the wagon is great! We use it for taking recycling out and also to the grocery store. My only issue with this wagon was that part of the manufacture's construction was bad. My front wheels were missing washers that were supposed to be installed at the factory, and another wagon was missing the seatbelts. So I would just say, make sure all the parts are in the box before you take it home, if you are buying from a store.

We bought this wagon to tote our four year old through the Christmas Trail of Lights. It was very easy to assemble and quite durable. The wheels guided well. Overall we are pleased with our purchase. I do disagree with the idea that more than one child can be carried in this wagon, unless they are small toddlers under two.
