I ordered this item for a gift for the hubby. Though the item was delayed in its' arrival, the company who I purchased this item through credited the shipping charges and tracked this item for me along with an apology email. We had this exact mailbox for a decade until it was razed accidentally and we had to buy a new one. We liked it so much we bought the exact same model to replace it. Stone Gray is a little misleading, it is really more like Tan, and it fades very slightly over the years. It is sturdy enough to stand up to snow plows. It comes with all of the hardware and numbers; everything but a post. We really like the look and the price is very competitive.
