The age range on this desk says up to 7 years. When I bought it I thought for sure my son would be an okay size for it but after putting it together it was obvious he wouldn't get much use of it. My son is almost 4 and already 43" tall, so he's taller than most kids his age. However, with the manufacturer claiming up to age 7, I think most kids over 4 would be too big for this desk. My son just seems "crammed" when he is sitting there working, plus there isn't a ton of actual work space. Keep this in mind if you are considering this desk.

I bought this for my daughter last Christmas, she was 1 1/2 at the time. She loves to draw and color on everything. Not only does this get used daily, but when she colored all over it inside and out all I needed was a baby wipe to clean it off.

My daughter recieved this last year for Christmas. She literally uses it every day! It has an adorable little light & she feels like a big girl at her desk. It isn't too large & doesn't take up much space. My only "negative" comment is the batteries are difficut to access. I recommend it despite the battery issue.

We purchased this desk 6 months ago and have been very satisfied with it. At first, all my son wanted to do was climb on the desk and play with the light. He is now 2 years old and he will sit on the bench and color with his crayons or play with his playdoh. It is very easy to clean the dry erase surface and the plastic desk. He even enjoys putting the crayons in the holes and placing his tiny trucks on the top. This desk is much better for my son than the desk with a separate chair. He would be moving the chair all over the house whereas this desk has the chair attached.

My daughter loves this desk but I did notice when I was putting this togeather one of the legs was very loose. I really did not like the fact that it was loose but I tried too fix it 3 times and even my husband tried, it just would not get tight. Other then that she loves it I love the fact that she loves it and that she is not trying too color on the walls.

Overall, this is a great space for my son to express his "artistic" side. The dry-erase top is easy to clean and the storage spaces for art supplies is super. My only warning is if you have a climber (like my 19-month-old is), they will use it more for a jungle gym rather than an art desk.

I just got the desk for my 2 yr old and he liked it a lot! It took me 30 minutes ( with an electric screwdriver if you dont have one get it you will need it) to put together!

We just got this for our 14 mos old daughter, and she loves it. It's just the right size for little ones who can easily sit down at the desk. The extra storage under the seat and desktop are a bonus, as are all the places to put crayons and markers. There are even 2 cup holders. It appears to be quite durable; however, the only reason I didn't give this 5 stars was the table top. It's not made of durable, smooth plastic like I thought it'd be - it's a laminate board (kind of like peg board without the holes), and white laminate on top. The hinges are plastic, so I'm not sure how they will last long term, but overall, I'm very satisified with this desk, as is my daughter!!

My daughter sits at this all the time. She had no trouble getting in and out of it and loves the storage space. It was very easy to assemble, even without the predrilled holes.

I purchased this desk after reading a number of reviews for my daughter as a Christmas present. It was easy to put together and has been used daily since she got it. It is not a large desk, but perfect for a toddler and if you are short on space. We have it in the living room. My daughter loves the seat that lifts up and the light that she turns on and off. Lots of places to put crylons, markers, stamps, etc. Very easy to keep clean. I shopped around and you will not find a better desk at this price anywhere.
