We finally just abandoned this wagon at the science center after it broke down for the third time. The company states it can handle up to 75 lbs, but it could not haul our twins (total weight 55 lbs) with the wheels buckling. The wagon cannot handle anything but a flat surface with weights above perhaps 25 lbs. I called the company and talked to a rather snotty customer service person who assured me there was nothing wrong, but did send a new wheel. We replaced the wheel and it worked for a few weeks. This is not a product for anyone with more than one child. A shame and a waste of money for us. It was not repairable after less than six months of use.

We purchased this wagon for our daughter on her first birthday, and have really enjoyed it and gotten a lot of use out of it. We wanted a nice wagon, but didn't need a lot of extras. This one was perfect for that. It has two seats, so our daughter can ride with a friend. And there is a seat belt for each child. There is also a convenient place for drinks and snacks. We live on a second floor, and this wagon is easy for me to carry up and down, even at only 5' tall. We have been all over in this wagon, and even at almost two-years-old now, our daughter loves it just as much. This is a great choice for a fun outdoor toy.

We wanted a wagon that was practical, well built, easy to assemble, good looking and safe for our 1 yr old grandson. This wagon fills all the requirements. He loves to ride in it. It is very sturdy, has deep seats for safety and easy to pull and turn while he is riding in it. We love it, and our grandson really loves it. This was a great choice and perfect purchase. The purchase from Amazon was delivered when promised and with no damage. We are very pleased with Amazon products and service we can count on.

My family loves the wagon. My husband will take the wagon not the jogger for utr afternoon walks, its sturdy, stable, twins (18 months) love the view and cup-holder. BUT after only a few months rubber on the wheels that keeps the noise down fall off. Not from one but from all 4 wheels. We tried gluing it back, nailing it back, etc but nothing worked. The wagon makes so much noise on the street and makes us feel embarrassed for having it - it is definitely made for one kid only...

The wagon is very nice, except for the wheels. They do not work very smoothly. They are a bit difficult to turn the wagon. Good for the price I got it for though.

We have bought 2 of these wagons and we love them. I didn't want doors because they brake but I wanted seat belts. This thing pulls great in the sand or on the grass.

We haven't had it long, but so far we've been very happy with it. 1) It took about 20 minutes to assemble; you need a hammer and a Phillips screw driver for the main parts. To tighten the handle, you'll also need two wrenches which it would have been nice if they'd included. 2) Unlike the traditional metal wagon I had when I was a kid, this one is deep, stable, and comfortable to sit it. We took it to the zoo with our 4 and 1 year old kids, and the 4 year old was both happy to sit in it for long periods, as well as happy to pull it. The safety belt was great for the 1 year old, it has two comfortable seats, and the cup holder fit a large bottle of water.

But because its so big and deep, its not as easy for the 1 year old to put stuff in and pull around by himself.

We have several other toys by Little Tikes that have held up very well sitting outside for the last several years, and this one has few enough parts, (and came with several spare fastners) that I expect it will outlast our kids.

Nice wagon, difficult to put together and the instructions were not real easy to follow. Plenty of room for 2 small children. I like how deep it is.

I bought this for a friend with twin boys for their first birthday. They all love it, it's deep enough to keep them in and easy for her to pull them around the neighborhood. Lots of fun.

My twin great nephews (age 1) love their new wagon. It provides for great outdoor fun while in a controlled environment. Everything from nature walks to trips to the park are great choices for showing off our new wagon. Step 2 is made with the most durable of products. We love this item!
