This review is from: Stepping Through the Awkwardness (Paperback)
I'm a grad student with a research focus on death and dying, and my dissertation is on facilitating support for bereaved college students within residence halls. This is a great primer for anyone who has contact with grieving individuals and families. It's short and sweet, with outlines and specific steps you can take to offer support. It even addresses language, different grieving styles, and self-care for the reader. Highly recommend.
