Many people hear the call of the Lord on their lives but often do no understand what it is for. The Bible says that "many are called but few are chosen," the many are called to sit under the leadership and teaching of the few God has charged with the responsibility of the five fold ministry. This book should be mandatory reading for anyone who has this responsibility, is thinking about going into the ministry, new to the ministry or who have started and lost their zeal. Kenneth sticks directly to using bible based teaching to get right to the heart of building integrity with God in the ministry. All of the steps are scriptural based and unlike other books are not heavily tainted with personal views or conjecture.

Reminiscent of Paul teaching Timothy, this book does not spare you feelings but makes you confront yourself, (which is the #1 hindrance in spiritual growth in the ministry). It provokes a level of commitment and gives gravity to the magnitude of preaching the Gospel as a 24hr lifetime obligation and not just an occasion to talk to an audience. In the introduction, he says "As Christians, we demand excellence from our heavenly Father...Since we expect excellence from God, we should also be willing to demand that same excellence from ourselves." This book is an easy read and promises to encourage you out of mediocrity and complacency to victory in ministry. An absolute must have for any ministry or personal library. God Bless you Bro. This book is amazing, it covers the simple keys most over look and focuses on the things that we as ministers in the Lord Jesus need to know and need to APPLY to our lives if we want to be successful in the Lord and claim the power of His might!! Its worth it you should read it, if not own it(even more than one so you can give one away...) its that good!!
