Also covered are such vital elements as staying legal with appropriate permits and all the financial issues from bank accounts to cash flow to keeping adequate financial records. This book was very dry. If you already have a business in mind and are ready to start it;this book may give you some ideas. It is a good book, but if you are still in the concept stage contact SBAonline.org or look for another.

This book provides a good research methodology which covers the
essential elements of starting and operating a small business
from scratch. The author covers the operational and legal issues
in clear English. There are references to another work entitled
"Businesses You Can Start Almanac by Adams". Typical new businesses cited by the Adams work are:
