Restaurant Managers will find Wakefields book so interesting,practical and easy to read, they will forgive him for being aMarketing Professor.

His practical roadmap to success is based onlots of hard work and research which has been focused towardsincreasing the chances that a restaurant will succeed.

Heidentifies through research, not opinion, the real keys to restaurantsuccess. As editor of a restaurant trade publication I have started toread many books that I could never finish. This is a page turner.Thanks Professor and ex restaurant manger.
