It's about time someone wrote a book on how to navigate through our healthcare system. This book is extremely helpful for the average layman! I absolutely loved reading this book and have passed it on to many family members and friends. Dr. Russo uses her own personal experience to guide us through trying times with loved ones, and teaches us how to not be afraid to ask questions, do research, don't just take healthcare physicians, insurance companies at their word. Dr. Russo teaches us to become pro-active in our own health and the health of our loved ones. She gives us the tools to enable us to take control one step at a time! Thank you Dr. Russo! Cheers!

Exceptional Healthcare Resource

Dr. Ruthann Russo has authored an exceptional healthcare resource which I will use for years to come for the healthcare of myself and family. She has translated the complexities of the healthcare arena into workable solutions with practical information and numerous specific nuances essential to every healthcare consumer. I view this book as such an important resource, it is placed next to my dictionary.

While consumers are generally highly knowledgeable in the field of electronics, cars, etc., this book will permit the consumer to become increasingly more knowledgeable in the field of healthcare. Isn't it time we give own healthcare a higher level of importance and become better educated consumers in the healthcare industry? This book will certainly help you achieve such results!
