Product Description

This special 3D Lens-In-A-Cap (Canon mount) is for use with all Canon cameras with the EOS mount. It turns your 2D Canon Camera into a 3D camera. This self-contained, integrated beamsplitter/lens system creates the 3D stereo images on film and does not need any support lens. You take off the lens from your Canon body and attach the 3D Lens-In-A-Cap, then just simply set the aperture and focus range settings right on the 3D Lens-In-A-Cap and then shoot -- it's that easy! The 3D Lens-In-A-Cap system consists of a mirror system to transpose two images through two 28mm lenses onto the film, thus there are no keystone imperfections like other mirror-only beamsplitters have. The actual 3D stereo pairs are two side by side images (half frame images) in standard 24mm x 36mm format on the film, so no special film and no special processing is necessary. These 3D image pairs can be printed like a regular print and viewed with the Loreo Lite viewer(included with your 3D Lens-In-A-Cap), or view them in any other 3D stereo print viewer. 3Dstereo has many available for sale. M. Nelson is wrong.
this lens give a very good stereo results. if you have a digital camera you can see the pics from the screen of your computer with the included viewer, no need to print them.

Even though this was not a very expensive lens, it still wasn't worth the price. The images must be printed at 3 1/2 x 5 in order to use the included viewer, and the 3D quality is poor at best.
