This is an un-necessary blessing.. If ATT (or other carriers) were not cheeping out on the Phones, one would not have to buy OEM pieces. Either way, this one not only performs as expected but is way cheaper than the Original Sony Ericcson .

Product was delivered in two days, but it stopped functioning properly three days later. No matter how many different headphones i connect to this adapter, the "right side" just does not play. Well at least i got to use it four times in two days.

Item worked as promised -- plugged into the Sony Ericsson phone we purchased and enabled use of single pin headsets to listen to mp3 files stored on the phone's memory chip. The real culprit here is Sony Ericsson for devising a headphone jack with a unique proprietary plug that necessitates either purshasing Sony's own overpriced headset or having to purchase this adapter.
