3.0 out of 5 stars High end products only August 29, 2014
This magazine is geared to the electronics buyer to whom price is not object. I decided to subscribe to learn more about some of the latest audio formats and devices. I don't plan to spend thousands of dollars for a receiver or a turntable, but it is useful to know what is the current cutting edge technology. I would have given it more stars if they included equipment that was geared more to the average buyer.

Seems to be a great magazine, not a whole lot of fluff, objective reviews of A/V equipment. I gave the magazine 4 stars because it's geared beyond my price point. I would imagine that someone who is in the market for top-of-the-line audio equipment, and has the coin to purchase at that price point, would love this magazine even more.

4.0 out of 5 stars well written and informative May 16, 2014
Stereophile goes from strength to strength with some excellent writers with strong and informed points of view. I especially enjoy Art Dude's column.
