The item description says it's a "pack of 4" so I too, expected what I had paid for.... 4 of the three-drawer organizers and I was only mailed ONE drawer organizer. Don't order from "Stacks and Stacks" if you're expecting 4! I am awaiting a response from the seller in regards to where the rest of my order is! I want what I paid for... four NOT one! I will update this review once I hear (or don't hear for that matter) from the seller to see if they will hold up their end of the transaction! 4-7-2008 As promised... I said I'd update you all on how this progresses. Today I received this response: "Hello, The description of the item was incorrect. Amazon recently made changes on their web site and it affected the description on some of the products. The price is only for one Organizer. We will notified Amazon so they can issued a full refund to your account. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. Thank you, Hilda Order Processing" It's nice to see that they're blaming their inability to mention "price is just for one 3-drawer organizer" on Amazon and not on their own inability to specify it in their own "comments" section. I sell on amazon too, and the comments section is provided for a reason: to specify differences in your product than with the one advertised. To me this response is totally unacceptable because the point is... I ordered the 4 pack because I need 4... so therefore I still want my order to be fulfilled! This is clearly illegal bait and switch advertising that they're trying to get away with... I have once again contacted the seller about this because I did not request a refund, I specifically asked for the rest of what I purchased and I will again update you all... I received a response back same day stating the following: 4-7-2008 "Hi, As you may know how Amazon uploads the information to their web site, they mixed our uploading inventory file with another merchant's file, publishing our items with the incorrect information. You can click on the following link to view our disclaimers [...] As I mentioned before, we are contacting Amazon so they can refund your account in full for this order. We are really sorry for the inconvenience that this may have caused you. Thank you, Hilda Order Processing Department" AGAIN, blaming AMAZON for their mistake in describing their item! Not to mention creating a disclaimer page to TRY to give you the impression that they don't always have to fulfill Amazon's merchant seller standards. So what ended up happening? This supposed refund didn't end up being credited until April 11th! 4 DAYS LATER than when they told me they'd issue one! So I got a "free" organizer and a headache of hassles out of all this mess, and yet I still don't have what I need. I'm happy to see that this seller no longer has their product listed for sale under this product listing! As for the other sellers offering this product... check their merchant websites and do a price comparison before buying on here... you MAY be pleasantly surprised at the price difference between what you see on this site versus theirs (including shipping)... :-) Not to mention they are actually selling 4 packs!

The item description says it's a PACK OF 4. So I expected to receive a Pack of 4 of these 3-drawer organizers. I received only one (1) unit! I just contacted the seller, so I'm waiting for the response. I told them, either I send the item back for a refund, or they send me the other 3 units promised in the product description. This seller does have some negative feedback in their profile, FYI. Update, April 8, 2008 "Stacks and Stacks" (the Seller), gave me a refund and let me keep the one unit I received. I am thankful for that but I did not appreciate the hassle of it all. We are busy people and we don't need this hassle. I am just buying a set of plastic drawers, my gosh! Anyway, Stacks and Stacks said that it is Amazon's mistake. But I contacted the other seller (selling at $48) and they said that they do sell the product as a "pack of 4". So I think it is the mistake of Stacks and Stacks to sell their 1-item under this product heading. They should address this immediately.
