Cuisinart DLC-2 Mini Prep Plus Food Processor, White
Used & New from: $59.99
Is this a good chopper? I purchased the Black and Decker 3-cup, 2 speed mini food processor but it is better at pureeing and mincing than chopping food. Is this a better alternative?

Go for one of the Cuisinart Mini Prep 4Cup Food Processors: DLC-4CHB, DLC-4BCH, CH-4DC. Some of these processors from Cuisinart come with a round base or square base. The ones with the square base look more durable and heavy duty. I have always used the 3cup model, but when you process something with liquid, it tends to drip over the lid. I am going to get one of the 4cup. Go to the Cuisinart website and check out all there mini processors.

No. Keep your money. This is "NOT" a brushed chrome; it is cheap painted plastic. It is an economy appearing and preforming item, nothing like I expect from Cuisinart. I do not think it was worth the $39.95 I paid, but definitely not the $60.00 MSRP quoted.
