Purchased these as a gift and got a great deal on the Amazon deals of the day. They look nice, however only 4 stars since the silver "backing" appears to be a little cheap..

The earrings' posts are too short and not deeply notched for the size and heaviness of the earring. Thus, they aren't well secured in the back of the ears. I was afraid to wear these earrings because the posts could easily pull out. I returned them to amazon.com, with no return issues at all. This problem is a shame because the earrings are pretty. Thank you.

Bought these at christmas for myself - love the earring jacket and versatility the pearls are a nice size -(not too large) - I switched out the backs, so I have no problem with the earring sitting strangely on the ear - love them!

I got these at such a good deal so I thought why not. I wish I could give it a negative rating. Everyone of the pearls feel off the posts so now I can't wear them. The posts where not even long enough to wear the silver attachment. I tried to get my money back but since it was through Amazon as the seller I couldn't figure out how to contact them about it. What a wast of my Christmas money.

I was a bit worried when I read all of the reviews noting that the posts were too small. I am not sure if those people have wide earlobes, or if the supplier added length to the posts, but I am happy to report that they are perfectly fine!

I have worn them with several times with no problems. Very nice earrings that look very elegant.

Only reason I did not give them 5 stars was that the "black" pearls are more of a purple color than a dark gray color. But, they will still be nice with something of that color.
