silver necklace
this necklace was very pretty and says that it is sterling silver plated with 14k yellow gold. I gave it as a gift and a few days later the person I gave it to said they had to stop wearing it because it gave their neck a rash. I was so embarrassed by this and apologized to her. She wears sterling silver all of the time and never has this problem.
