I read this book for my summer reading. I liked it because I like World War II. The pictures were cool they were actual pictures from that war. It took me 3 days to read it,it was so good. I want to read the other books from this series.
I recommend buying it.

I think this book is a great read, especially if you are studying this topic in school. This book will add a great deal to your knowledge and understanding of what happened that day and the events leading up to the attack. It really goes into a lot of detail on preparation and how things were carried out. If you are interested in WWII and reading this for leisure, it will still be a beneficial read. It can be a little dry for those not interested in this part of history or war, but everyone who reads this will gain from it and have a better appreciation for our service men and women. It would be great if all young people could read this. I also recommend it to older people who are wanting to learn more about D-Day.
