This will be a gift for my mother. I was pleased to see that the cameo does not look sloppily-painted or "cheap." The necklace does not feel particularly heavy and I'm not sure of the chain's quality. However, it looks like approximately what I would expect for the price. So far, I am pleased with the purchase; I will update my review if this changes!
