If you like the way it looks in the photograph, then you'll love it in real life- it looks great, and the size is nice too... Don't you hate it when you buy a pendant online and it shows up about 1/4 as big as you thought it would be? Well, this one is perfect, it's not tiny, and it's not too large either.
The one thing that disappointed me was that the jade in mine is almost white. I guess that's just the risk you take with jade. I really wanted one with a deeper green shade (could always return it I guess). But even with the pale stone it still looks great. The chain is nice too, stronger than most chains that ship with pendants. Overall, this is a great necklace, probably my favorite jewelry purchase from Amazon yet.

Same problem: jade is white not green as shown on Amazon site,

I had the same problem as previous reviews. I received the pendant and found that it was a good size and quality but the Amazon site calls it a green jade turtle pendant but the one I received was almost white. I sent it back with the comment that is not what was advertized and ordered. I asked that they replace it with one with green jade. Now it shows as to be shipped overnight but not yet shipped. Strangely, it has an estimated delivery of January 19-20 (today is December 28th). I'll re-review this item when I get the repacement. If the jade is really green as shown on the Amazon web site, the review will be good.

I agree with the previous reviewer. Mine came in more white than expected for a jade piece. Otherwise, it is nice.
