My wife loves sapphires and silver, so I figured this was a no-brainer for a Christmas gift. I bought one, gave it a brief examination without actually removing it from the little blue box, and wrapped it. Come Christmas morning, my assumption paid off: the moment she laid eyes on it, she was elated. However, when she went to try it on, we found that the latch was broken, rendering the necklace unwearable.
I first contacted the seller, [...], who said there was nothing they could do since the order was fulfilled by Amazon. On the Amazon.com return page, I found that this item could only be returned for a cash refund rather than a replacement since it came from a third-party seller. Kinda hokey if you ask me, but I guess that's how its done. In the end, I got the refund and ordered a second necklace, which my wife is wearing as we speak. Other than the ordeal that took place over three days, we're satisfied with our purchase.

I bought this as a Valentines day present for my girlfriend and she hasn't been seen without it since. She loves it and she and I thought it to be very high quality and have found no negative qualities. Very nice stone and chain.

Bought this for my girlfriend which matched her other Sapphire jewelry and she loves it! The picture is larger than actual item and not as sparkely as pictured. It is darker. But like I said it was the perfect gift! I enjoy shopping at Amazon!
