My wife loves sapphires and silver, so I figured this was a no-brainer for a Christmas gift. I bought one, gave it a brief examination without actually removing it from the little blue box, and wrapped it. Come Christmas morning, my assumption paid off: the moment she laid eyes on it, she was elated. However, when she went to try it on, we found that the latch was broken, rendering the necklace unwearable.

I first contacted the seller, [...], who said there was nothing they could do since the order was fulfilled by Amazon. On the Amazon.com return page, I found that this item could only be returned for a cash refund rather than a replacement since it came from a third-party seller. Kinda hokey if you ask me, but I guess that's how its done.

In the end, I got the refund and ordered a second necklace, which my wife is wearing as we speak. Other than the ordeal that took place over three days, we're satisfied with our purchase.

I bought this as a Valentines day present for my girlfriend and she hasn't been seen without it since. She loves it and she and I thought it to be very high quality and have found no negative qualities. Very nice stone and chain.

Bought this for my girlfriend which matched her other Sapphire jewelry and she loves it! The picture is larger than actual item and not as sparkely as pictured. It is darker. But like I said it was the perfect gift! I enjoy shopping at Amazon!

Got this pendant with matching earrings and could not be happier. The sapphire is very blue and brilliant, but the best part is the great packaging. I have purchased jewelry before, and you could buy an expensive pendant and it will arrive in a plastic bag or in a small, cheap cardboard box. How are you supposed to give a gift with no packaging? But the presentation was just so outstanding, it made the whole gift look expensive and important. As I said I got the pendant with the matching earrings. The promotion for the free chain was great. The chain looks well made and matches the pendant perfectly. What I love about this piece is what she said right after she opened the box: "Wow, you shouldn't have done this! It must have cost you a fortune!!" It does not look cheap, quite the contrary. It looks like it costs much more than the $99 I spent, and that's why I shop online. Value. Well made, solid, not too big to look cheesy and not too small to look cheap. Classy, Perfect. She got many compliments on the set and wears it all the time. I will include a few pictures to show why the packaging was so impressive and how great the pendant actually looks and its size next to a dime.

My boyfriend got me this necklace for this past christmas. Loved it except for the chain.
It was a lot shorter than I expected and it also broke 2 weeks after I got it. Hopes this helps

This pendant is beautiful. The price was right, too. I bought this as an anniversary present for my wife (sapphire is the stone for September, the month we were married) and she absolutely loves it. It came with a fairly high quality chain, which was also a bonus. I would recommend this as a nice looking piece of jewelry that won't break the bank.

I love this necklace that my boyfriend gave me. It has great color. I was afraid it might be too dark but the color is really beautiful. Each sapphire has a unique color and some are darker than others. The pendant is a nice size and very sparkly. I would recommend this necklace for anyone who loves sapphires.

My birthday was today and I opened the mail only to find this little beauty :) Omg I teared right up. I want to kill him for spending so much on me but it was amazing! :)

The necklace has nice color, and a nice box that it's inside of, though, the size of the pendant seems to be the size of an earing, and the chain is very small, and would snap easily if someone were to be too rough. Regardless of that, it is a good gift, and will make a girl smile. Just not exactly the size as some would think, or possibly want.
