You look at the picture that was posted by the seller you would think its something you can at least hold with 3 fingers, it can hold a picture and at least come with a chain. The opposite results occurred when i opened the package. 1. they put it in some cheap envelope, they dont realize this is a gift, not a drug item im buying illegally, this is the ugliest delivery method in the world. 2. if you want to give your loved one a locket the size of a M&M chocolate plain (not peanut, thats how small it is)its smaller than a penny and empty like when you bite down on a peanut M&M and take the peanut out, thats how it looks inside the locket. 3. who sells a locket with no chain? 46 dollars for a microscopic locket, anyone has microscopic picture to put in this thing?
no box, no chain and so small its easily lost, i bought this as a Christmas gift, i thought i was getting a deal, this company is the most misleading company ever, now i have to go to a jewelry store to buy a chain and box, if i knew this before, i would have just went to the jewelry store and avoided this horrible situation.
To top it off, if you want to return it, your paying to return the refund.
avoid a horrible situation and go to a jewelry store or if you choose to buy jewelry from the internet, make sure they either have detailed description on the actual size or moveable view

This heart locket is more beautiful then the photo can show! I purchased it for my daughter for Christmas and I haven't wrapped it yet, I just want to keep looking at it! I Love it!

The locket was very nice, but it was smaller than it appeared online. They need to add dimensions of the locket in the information specs. Other than that very nice.

I bought this as a gift but it was really difficult to give it away. It really is a beautiful locket and I feel that the quality of it is worth the money. I was not some flimsy cheap thing. The filigree and enamel are excellent quality. Clear, not smudged or burred silverwork. It has a nice weight to it too.

This morning I received a call from Sam at Pricerock, I explain the problem I had with the locket, he said they would refund me and the I did not have to return the merchandise to them.

This was very generous of him, and I want to thank him for this.
