Poor quality bracelet made disappointing gift,

I ordered three of these bracelets to give to my nieces and daughter for Christmas. When they arrived, I was concerned about the quality right off, but the charm was sweet and I thought I'd see how they held up. Within one day of being worn, the charm had fallen off one of the bracelets. Three days later the clasp broke off the other. I'm returning the items and replacing them with higher quality ones.
