I bought this 3 part bestfriend charm as a gift to the birthmother in our adoption process. There is no greater gift than the gift of life. So when I began thinking about what we could give the birthmother after delivery and the adoption is finalized, we decided on this best friends charm necklace.
Its our intention to give 1 portion to the birthmother, one portion to our child and one portion will be worn by myself. Linking all of our hearts together. One day, when our son has a desire to meet his tummy mommy he will see that she holds the other piece of the puzzle. With out her courage we wouldn't have had a chance to have a child. |
