Birthstone Charms worked great
I have six children so the Mother's Loving embrace Pendant didn't seem big enough for all of them. I got the six plus my own birthstone charm and put them on a bracelet. Turned out great. I was also exploring something for my mom's 28 grandchildren ... I think that they are too large for that on a bracelet, but thinking about a necklace ... it may work.

Cute, but easily lost
These are really cute, but the stones are easily lost. They are set in a silver loop but not fastened in any way except friction. If you ever had the lens of your wire-frame glasses fall out, you know what I mean. You can put it back in, but it will keep falling out. Since the stones are very small, it's not long before it falls out and is lost. Don't waste your...
