I was disappointed when I received this. The chain is not sterling silver, it is stainless steel. For the price I was expecting a Sterling chain. No where is it mentioned about the chain not being silver. The medal is nice, but the chain really takes away from the look. The chain also has no clasp. It is just a continuous chain that has to slip over your head
