First, let me tell you why I purchased this little cross. I had purchased "I love you more" circular necklaces for my daughter and me. They were very special to both of us, and we wore them every day. When my Dad passed away, I wanted my daughter to have a reminder of him, and felt that a little silver cross was a perfect symbol. My daughter loved this addition to her necklace. One sunny day, while swimming, my daughters hair got caught in the necklace, so we decided to take off our necklaces for the summer. And then, hers was lost. I think it is my fault, something I "organized away". The loss of the necklace bothered both of us, and I won't wear mine without my daughter's having hers. So, for Christmas, I am recreating her necklace, the sterling chain arrived yesterday, and today the small cross. When I opened the package to take a look at the cross, I was surprised to see it wrapped in a beautiful satin bag, and of course, it is perfect. It arrived in two days, which I always appreciate, but the way it was packed won my heart. Most of the time, you only get "special" packing when you spend much more. I know my daughter will be happy to have this recreated necklace and I look forward to presenting it to her in the beautiful bag that came with this little cross!
