Yes, it's not as blue as the picture, but the person that I gave it to liked it a lot so I guess it's fine.
It's more light blue, and the chain seems a bit fragile, but overall you get what you paid for. If you're looking for an amazing necklace, you shouldn't be lowering your search to just 20 dollars.

I had brought this as a X-Mas present for my daughter, so she hasn't opened it yet, but it looks like a pretty nice necklace to me. The only thing cheap about it is the price, so far anyways.

Good quality for the low price! As stated in a previous evaluation, the blue as shown is inaccurate, but I liked the symbolism of this blue-tinged, almost white topaz version, especially after hearing the touching butterfly story that came out of the recent Chilean mine rescue. I particularly appreciate the way the thin silver chain easily threads through two separate back loops, enabling the butterfly to remain in perfect position. Other slender chains could also be used. This tiny pendant is not going to overwhelm, but is a perfect gift for a young teen. It would also be lovely for a petite woman.

I ordered these for my bridesmaids for my wedding & they were gorgeous just as I hoped they would be.

The necklace overall was a good deal. From the picture I did believe that the blue would stand out more, but realized upon opening it that it is quite a pale blue. The pendant is slightly small, but not too much so, it is great for those who do not like gaudy jewlrey. Overall the necklace is very pretty still, and the way it is packaged is very exceptional. The packaging isn't overly fancy so that it out does the jewlrey itself, but it still very presentable. It makes a nice gift.

I bought this necklace as a gift for my granddaughter. It's a nice enough little necklace, but as some of the other comments said, the stones are nearly transparent. I thought topaz was a much deeper blue. It really does not look like the picture. I suppose it's another case of "you get what you paid for".

I just got this for a close friend of mine. I think it is pretty but I have to agree that the blue is much lighter. Furthermore, the butterfly keeps flipping over as soon as you lean forward as little as 25 degrees from a straight up position. Apart from that everything else looks good. I love this necklace! My boyfriend gave it to me as a birthday gift because the color of the topaz matched my eyes. I never take it off and the chain length is perfect. The metal is brilliant, the stones are beautiful and the chain is very sturdy. I reccomend this to anyone looking for something that sparkles, draws attention and that makes the woman wearing it shine just as brightly as the jewel itself.

The butterfly necklace is just gorgeous. I ordered the earrings to go with it for my niece and she is just tickled. I don't think she has taken it off since she got the set.
