My boyfriend got me this necklace for our one year anniversary and I love it. The chain is a great length and it's a nice pretty but strong chain so it will not break easily. The pendant itself is gorgeous. I have gotten so many compliments on it my friends and family love it. I am so happy my boyfriend got this for me.

The chain was small and delicate, and the whole thing was smaller than I expected, but I think it is very pretty.

I was disappointed when the necklace arrived, the stone was not nearly as blue as in the picture, in fact it had very little color. The chain was tiny and difficulty to clasp, especially as the chain is relatively short, not much room to work with. However, the sterling letter was more attractive in the picture, and overall, the necklace looked nice on. I would have given 3.5 stars if I could, primarily because of tiny chain and the clasp which seems flimsy and is definitely difficult to close. But it was attractive and a very good value given the sales price. I would still recommend, but not if you were specifically looking to match other blue topaz jewelry.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well the construction of this piece was. I know it was the letter x and I used it for my sister in law fcr christmas from my kids like it was a big "kiss" from them. She loves blue topaz and the price was just right.

I received the silver "X" necklace as a gift from my boyfriend. He recently joined the Navy and wanted to give me something that would remind me of him, this was absolutely perfect... ideally.
The packaging was nice, the item comes well protected in a box inside of an envelope.
However, when we opened the box, the chain was broken. We hadn't even touched it... it arrived broken.
Definitely a bit upsetting considering it was a gift we were both excited about.
Luckily, I had another silver chain that I could replace it with, so I swapped the charm off of a chain that I had and put my "X" on it.
The charm itself is very pretty. Definitely small, but quite pretty. It is also shiny... a lot shinier than the chain was actually.
The charm is well made, and I would recommend it. However, the chain arriving broken was a bit ridiculous. It looked like I was sold an item somebody returned broken.
If I was grading just the charm, it would be 5 stars.

Christmas Gift delivered and recipient was pleased. Only complaint is the very light weight of the chain. Looking for replacement chain.
