Make no mistake, it's definitely pretty, and even more eye-catching than it looks in the picture. But it also slips off easily. The first time I wore it, halfway through the day I leaned over slightly to wash my hands, and it unclasped and fell right into the drain. If it had been any smaller, it would have gone straight down. As it was, I caught it, but it was a close call. I don't think the clasp is strong enough to support the pendant. Mine could be the exception or the rule, but I would beware of this potential issue if you buy it.

The quality of the cloisonne enamel work is exquisite. It is an heirloom piece. Highly recommend.

I ordered this necklace because of the elegant beauty it portrayed in the pictures. I was so excited to receive it but upon arrival it was a bit of a disappointment. First, the pendant is rounded throughout and large (about a full inch) and so it didn't really sit well on my neck. The turquoise beading is also a different shade of blue, almost green and doesn't match it as well as the picture shows. This will be my first return to Amazon and a sad one at that!

My lady friend likes this necklace very much. It has an interesting look...a little retro. It's fine workmanship is obvious and it's very striking around her neck. She works with the public and she said she gets lots of nice comments on it.

This is a very cute necklace, although it wasn't quite the caliber of quality I had hoped for. The turquoise beads look a bit cheap, but the pendant is solid and pretty, which is the focus of the necklace anyway.
