Charger doesn't charge the Canon VIXIA HV20 or VIXIA HV30,

In the description of the power adaptor it was written that it worked with the VIXIA HV20, it does not (it also does not work with the VIXIA HV30). When I talked to the rep he told me that they had heard that this was an issue. The company did a great job of taking back my return and refunding my money but the fact that they were aware of this issue and yet still sold it as a charger for this camera and other similar Canon cameras was a bit troubling.

I have a Canon MV750i camera and this adapter works as promised, it comes with a US cord for power as the picture shows. I live in Europe so I had to switch to a European one, still good to have a spare one if I ever travel to US. The only negative I can say about it is the plug being a little long for my camera model and not a perfect fit so it's not recommended to move it around too much. The delivery was very fast, arrived way before the delivery estimate.
