I recall watching this stupendous show while growing up. Actors debated essential issues of the human condition in character and in beliefs of the historical figure they represented. It brought historical characters alive with Steve Allen, the conceptualist, as moderator. It highlighted pertinent issues debate in an engaging way. This creation needs to be brought into the DVD sphere. It is necessary to our day to return our age to the ability to think and engage different ideas in a civil manner. Few now days know how to debate at the level of ideas.
