At last, the rangers have arrived! They can tame the monsters and ride them like the steeds of Munchkin 4. While I thought Munchkin 4 did the best job of balancing the series (providing plenty of handless items and hirelings with class) this one's cool too. And just in time for you know what, we have the Philosopher's Scone. :)

I can't comment on game balance yet, as I haven't had the chance to play with this new expansion, but I've read through the cards, and as usual, the pack is worth buying just for the bizarre creatures and items inside. The full list can be found on the World Of Munchkin site. The idea of riding monsters seems particularly amusing to me; we'll see how it works in actual gameplay.

The ranger class is one of my favorite! Going along nicely with the rest of the bunch, De-Ranged is a great addition to the Steve Jackson collection!

I've mentioned in my other Munchkin reviews how awesome Munchkin is. That hasn't changed. There's more cards now, though, which just makes for more awesome. Woo-hoo!

Munchkin 5 introduces the Ranger class to the deck and adds more hirelings and steeds, in addition to many other new cards. The humor you've come to know and love is here in great shovelsful. Awesome.

A great price on this expansion pack that is well worth picking up to have a more balanced Munchkin deck.

Definitely needs a lot of friends to play but it's hilarious and fun.

i'm a big fan of munchkin, this expansion is a great addition to the game.
I recommend the whole munchkin line. collect multiple themes for great "Munchkin Madness".

It's a Munchkin expansion. Munchkin is awesome. Get as much Munchkin cards as possible. Incidently, the Ranger Class added in Munchkin 5 is cheap and annoying, so use as often as possible.
