Boots are very durable and quite comfortable. Does not scratch your legs or ankles like most boots do. They do run bigger in my opinion so buying a half size smaller would be better.

These boots I would suggest for everyone!! I have very small legs and can never find boots to fit, they are always way to big these boots are adjustable and fit like a glove.

I was looking for boots that would look like the pair Lena Headey wears in Terminator:The Sarah Connor Chronicles. I found these Steve Maddens and they're very similar. I bought a pair in brown leather. Amazon sells them cheaper than Zappos.com and Steve Madden.com. Plus there's free shipping with the the super saver shipping option. The boots are comfortable. It runs about 1/2 size smaller and the heal is a little bit roomy. But overall these boots are great. They look great with the pants tucked in or with skirts.

I bought Taupe color ones from Overstock.com, very easy to wear.
The taupe color comes slightly darker than the pictures show on either Amazon and Overstock.com. Normally I wear socks with boots and I ordered half size bigger than my normal size and they are really good fit. Not too roomy. I don't know other colors but suede fits very soft.
If I complain one thing, inside bottom is too flat and too solid. I need insoles if I need to walk more than 3 hrs.
But if they are under $100, I guess it's good buy.

I got the boots in my true size (7) and when I opened the box I was mortified. The boots look HUUUUGE. However, they fit a tad tight when I put them on, but nothing a couple of days of walking in the city can't fix. I was nervous because the boots also look fairly wide, but they fit my leg tightly. I actually had to loosen the straps. I hope I get used to them as these are my first pair of "rocker chick" boots. Worth it!

LOVE 'EM! Only thing is that you have to buckle each boot 3 times to get in and unbuckle each boot 3 times to get out of them, they are not pull on and pull off.

These boots are just what I was looking for. They fit great, look great and are well made. Perfect for either under or over my jeans.

I ordered 1/2 size up, as usual with boots. I was a little disappointed that the inside of the boots wasn't beige leather like the pictures on the Steve madden website, but forgivable for the price. They need to be broken, so don't be surprised if they are a little stiff at first.

I like these boots a lot. They're pretty comfy and they fit well. I get lots of compliments on them. My only complaint is that they are a little slouchier on than they are in the picture. I'd rather them stand up a bit more. Other than that they're great!

I love these boots! I think they are so cute. I love them, they have that edgy/rocker look. I have the black ones and I love them. They do run a size small though, so I would order a size bigger than you normally wear. Also, in order to put them on, you have to unbuckle at least two of the buckles to get your foot in. And The front and back are separate piecings of leather, so its the buckles that are bringing the boot together. But thats really no biggie. I love them! :-)
