The smoke from these chips made my BBQ so delicious I want to eat these chips by themselves with milk for breakfast.

Bought the smoker box and used these chips - added great flavor to the chicken!

I bought these to smoke our Thanksgiving turkey on my Big Green Egg. 1/4 of the box was enough for a 4 hour smoking, and the flavor was absolutely fantastic! The wrong choice with poultry can give you terrible results, because turkey and chicken don't exactly bring a lot of their own flavor. But this was probably the best smoked bird I've ever had--and our guests agreed.

I really was astonished at how well this chip blend brought a great smokey flavor to my chicken breasts. These chips are blended in a well thought out way which takes out the guess work in good smoking. The price per weight is actually pretty cheap, and the size is consistent. I can't think of a single reason why you should not try these chips. It just makes you weekend barbeque that much easier to manage.

My first attempt at barbecued Thanksgiving turkey was a huge success with the help of these smoke wood chips. They arrived quickly and provided the perfect smoke flavoring for my barbecued turkey. I can't wait to barbecue my next turkey...probably for Christmas.

These chips are amazing - especially when you are cooking a whole turkey or chicken that has enough time to really soak up the flavor from the chips. We use the Weber 6408 Style Poultry Roaster with these chips and every time the outside is perfectly seared, tender/juicy on the inside and the smoked flavor gets through the entire bird making for a great dinner and the most delicious turkey sandwiches you've ever had!

Interesting Mix. So far with a mango jerk glaze I used to marinate the chicken night before and cooked using a smoke box on coal tasted great. Defiantly changed the flavor of the meats for the better. Just wish price was better.

Used these last night with chicken drumsticks. The flavor was a bit too mild for my taste. Price point is good though as they do go a long way.

Haven't cooked with these yet but very impressed with the size of the box and the quality of the product. Gave as a Christmas gift so I am awaiting a report on the flavor.
