A must have for any fan. Stevie dazzles in this documentary about the making of her most recent solo album In Your Dreams. The film offers a look inside her world in a way that I've never seen before. Her partnership with Dave Stewart on this project seems well suited at this juncture in her career - so easily evidenced by the chemistry between the two. With indepth interviews and the behind-the-scenes songwriting process, a true fan would not want to miss out.

This is a great documentary with even better directing and cinematography by capturing the viewer and bringing them alongside the making of an album. This documentary is a great watch especially for those lovers of music and art. The documentary details the relationship between two people--Stevie Nicks and Dave Stewart--and the song writing process and the superb music two legends can make. You feel as if you are part of the process of writing with Stevie and playing with Dave. What also sets the documentary apart are the glimpses into the backstory details of Stevie's relationships and the many poems/songs she has written for decades. You will not be disappointed as the documentary offers viewers rare glimpses into Stevie's song writing, style and persona that has created one of America's most revered music icons.

Stevie Nicks and Dave Stewart (Eurythmics) co-direct and 'Rock a Little' to Nicks' first album in ten years with plenty of music, sights to see (including a trip to Italy), and all of the stories that come from putting this elaborate project together. "From our tribe to yours, this is our dream", Stevie adds a bit of pop to the dialogue. These two met thirty years earlier and Nicks has always wanted to work with one of the "greatest and grandest guitar players" and producer of the album, but mainly, her friend.

This overflowing, music filled documentary begins with just how much people love Stevie Nicks. From her generation, then stretching out to each one following. It is so noticeable that Nicks' voice just gets richer with time. She still holds her fans captive spun in her web of warm mahogany vocals. Both she and Dave look almost the same as they did in the eighties when they met, without the pop styling of the era. She is still the extreme perfectionist as she pushes Dave and if she doesn't feel the right sound is there, she halts forward progress. She is exacting and demands it all from everybody involved. The result; Excellence. She says, "I'm watching greatness here".

She reflects on Led Zeppelin's drummer, John Bonham, playing drums in the stairwell of one of their homes, 'The Grange', then voices, "Well you know what, I have a house". They begin moving about finding different variances for sound in her own huge residence. They all love the flow and the way the songs breathe right there in all her own spaces. She is bringing many of her poems to life. Their harmonies are incredible, and the intonations and inflections right there are perfect.

An amazing look into the creative process of two iconic musicians. They don't make them like Stevie anymore and that's a real shame
