I'm not a major yoga enthusiast, but I really look forward to my yoga class every week. These products have made the class more enjoyable for me. I use the gloves and socks along with my sticky mat and they completely eliminate my feet and hands from slipping in the poses (particularly plank, down-dog, and warriors). I had struggle with these poses before from slipping and now I don't. One thing to note is that the open toes and fingers cause the gloves and socks to wedge between the fingers and toes really bad, however that is because I put too much weight on my hands, forearms, feet, and calves rather than using all the muscles that I should be using to support my weight (which may also be why I slip so much). That being said, it reminds me to self correct and use the other muscles to support myself. One other thing, you can't adjust your feet very well to spread farther during a pose without picking them up and setting them down. Being aware of this won't hinder the pose if you plant your feet properly. The light fabric allows for the hands and feet to breathe and not accumulate very much sweat.

The towel has a nice and soft material to rest your head on and wipe yourself off with. But using it to plant your hands on will definitely cause them to slip worse than anything. Don't really care for the sticky material on the bottom, but I still like using it. I don't travel often enough to know how practical they are for traveling with, but I really enjoy using these products in my class. I recommend trying these.

Socks and gloves work great with sticky mat. I agree that you might want to consider size smaller than you would normally think of buying. I got small and they are form fitting which is what I want. I got this package because it seemed a better value than buying separately. The small drawstring net bag for carrying the items comes in useful. I can't see what use the towel is though other than to fold up for support. It can be used as a 'spot' item but you need to have your gloves to prevent slipping so why bother with it. Maybe I'm missing the point but I wouldn't go out of my way to buy the towel.

Love the product. I would recommend ordering a size smaller than stated, as the socks are a little big.
